Russian, Belarusian Boxers Compete Under Their National Flag at Women's World Boxing Championships

Athletes from the two countries were permitted to take part in international events as neutral athletes as per IOC's directions, however, the International Boxing Association, led by Russian Umar Kremlev, lifted the ban on Russian and Belarusian last October, allowing them to participate under their own flag despite the IOC's recommendation
